I was very excited when i bought my Galaxy S (november 2010),until the phone broke because it was from a faulty batch of phones (production fault), and samsung did not want to repair it with my warranty because i had the phone rooted, eventhough it did not have anything to do with it.

Beware that i undersand and i agree that rules are rules, but given the fact that this is a hardware production fault they should have taken responsability.

This blog is to let people know how Samsung treats its customers.
